Customers can make payments to Dat Bike for purchasing a bike using the following methods:
Customers are required to make a deposit of 500,000 VND and pay the remaining amount to Dat Bike within 7 - 10 days before receiving the bike. Dat Bike's customer service team will contact customers with a deposit order to assist with completing the payment.
For customers who choose to pay in installments using credit cards/financial companies and later decide to return the bike and request a refund, customers need to reimburse Dat Bike for any expenses that Dat Bike has incurred, including but not limited to card processing fees, installment conversion fees, etc. After receiving the full refund for these expenses, Dat Bike will proceed to refund the bike cost to the customer. Information regarding the refund method and date will be communicated to the customer via email by Dat Bike.
Furthermore, if the decision to return the bike results in early termination of the installment contract, customers need to fulfill any obligations related to the bike installment that were agreed upon with the financial company or bank that issued the credit card. Dat Bike will not participate in and will not be responsible for any issues related to bike installment between the bank/financial company and the customer.

Within 30 days from the time the customer starts paying for the bike in installments, the customer must contact and notify Dat Bike of any issues arising from the installment payment. After this period, Dat Bike will not be liable for any issues arising from the customer's bike installment, including but not limited to compensation, damages, etc.
When the customer notifies Dat Bike of any issues arising from the installment payment within the above-mentioned time frame, Dat Bike will receive and consider these issues. In case the issues arise from a part or all of Dat Bike's fault, Dat Bike will handle the arising issues within the scope corresponding to its own fault. At this time, the customer needs to provide Dat Bike with all the necessary documents and information when requested. Dat Bike will not be responsible for any issues arising from the customer's delay in providing the requested documents and information. To avoid misunderstandings, Dat Bike will only resolve issues that have arisen up to the time when the customer notifies within the time frame mentioned above and that are due to a part or all of Dat Bike's fault.
In case the issues arise from other reasons such as the customer's own actions or omissions, Dat Bike will not be responsible for resolving these issues and the customer will need to resolve them directly with the relevant parties.
