1. Applicable objects

The return and refund policy only applies to customers who purchase Dat Bike vehicles, and vehicles delivered from Dat Bike factory to provinces and cities without Dat Bike stores .

2. Applicable content

Customers can return the vehicle and get a refund within 07 days from the date the Customer receives the vehicle if it meets Dat Bike's regulations.

3. Vehicle return conditions

Customers must satisfy all of the following conditions to be eligible for the refund policy:

• The total distance traveled by the vehicle (since the Customer receives the vehicle) shown on the odometer (ODO) is not greater than 100km at the time of returning the vehicle to the carrier (Dat Bike will record the number of kilometers shown on the odometer when receiving the vehicle to ensure the rights of the Customer).
• The car is in brand new condition, without any damage or scratches on the exterior.
• The car has not been modified or replaced with any details.
• The vehicle has not been registered or is not in the process of registering with a State agency.
• The vehicle has not been resold or transferred ownership to any individual or organization.

4. Vehicle return process

1. Customers must notify Dat Bike of their need to return the vehicle through the official customer service department within 07 (seven) days from the date of receiving the vehicle.

• Within 03 (three) days from receiving the vehicle return notice from the Customer and meeting the conditions for returning the vehicle, the shipping company will come to check the vehicle's condition and receive the vehicle along with the accessories and documents previously delivered with the vehicle.
• When the received vehicle meets the conditions for returning the vehicle, the company will notify the Customer of the method and time of refund via official customer service channels . The Customer shall be responsible for all costs of deposit/document processing/transportation & payment costs incurred (including, but not limited to: transaction costs, installment payment fees, etc.) related to the Bank/finance company/early contract settlement (if any).

Note:

• If Dat Bike discovers that the Customer is intentionally abusing this policy, Dat Bike has the right to refuse to accept the next request to return the vehicle.
