I. Delivery policy

1. Scope of application


This policy applies to all new bike products purchased directly from Dat Bike (at Dat Bike's authorized stores, through the website www.dat.bike, or through Dat Bike's official Facebook page). For products purchased from Dat Bike's authorized dealers, customers please contact the dealer where the bike was purchased for detailed information on the current delivery policies.

List of Dat Bike's authorized stores:

  • Tú Xương Store: 49B Tú Xương Street, Ward Võ Thị Sáu, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City
  • Đà Nẵng Store: 209 Hùng Vương Street, Ward Hải Châu 2, District Hải Châu, Đà Nẵng City
  • Trương Định Store: 186 Trương Định Street, Ward Trương Định, District Hai Bà Trưng, Hanoi City

2. Delivery method

2.1. For car purchase orders

In provinces with Dat Bike stores (Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City):

  • Customers will receive the bike directly at Dat Bike's store.
  • The cost of transporting the vehicle from the Factory to the Store will be paid by Dat Bike.
  • In case Customers in these provinces want to receive the vehicle at another address, the cost of transporting the vehicle from Dat Bike's Factory or Shop to another address will be paid by the Customer. Dat Bike will notify the Customer in advance of this cost, and if they accept this method of delivery, the Customer will pay the shipping cost to the delivery partner at the time of receiving the vehicle.

In provinces without Dat Bike Shops:

  • The order will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer.
  • Depending on the delivery address, Dat Bike will directly deliver or use delivery partners to deliver the bike to the customer's requested address.
  • The cost of transporting the vehicle from Dat Bike's Factory to the Customer's address will be paid by Dat Bike. However, Dat Bike will only pay the shipping fee once. In case the Customer proactively requests delivery of the vehicle to many different addresses, or changes the delivery address while the order is being delivered, or does not receive the vehicle when contacted by the Delivery Partner, resulting in the order having to be redelivered. , all costs incurred for the second delivery onwards will be paid by the Customer.

2.2. For orders to purchase spare parts and accessories

  • Orders for individual spare parts and accessories (not included with the vehicle) will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer.
  • Depending on the delivery address, Dat Bike will directly deliver or use delivery partners to deliver the bike to the customer's requested address.
  • Delivery costs from Dat Bike's Factory or Shop to the Customer's address will be paid by Dat Bike. However, Dat Bike will only pay the shipping fee once. In case the Customer proactively requests delivery to many different addresses, or changes the delivery address while the order is being delivered, or does not receive the goods when contacted by the Delivery Partner, resulting in the order having to be redelivered. , all costs incurred for the second delivery onwards will be paid by the Customer.

3. Delivery time

3.1. For car purchase orders

  • After receiving full payment from the Customer, Dat Bike will prepare the order within a maximum of 10 working days. In case the order preparation time is longer than expected, Dat Bike will proactively notify customers through one of the official customer service channels.
  • After being prepared, the order will be handed over to Dat Bike's delivery department or delivery partner. Customers will receive confirmation through one of Dat Bike's official customer service channels when the order is received by the Delivery Department/Transportation Partner.
  • Standard delivery time is 05 - 14 days from the date the order is received by the Delivery Department/Shipping Partner. When the vehicle is transported to the delivery location, staff at Dat Bike Store (for orders delivered at the Store) or Delivery Partners (for orders delivered at other addresses) will contact the Customer via Phone to notify vehicle delivery.
  • For orders with the delivery address as Dat Bike Store, the bike will be stored at the Store for a maximum of 05 days from the time the Store Staff contacts the Customer to notify delivery of the bike. After this time, if the Customer has not yet come to pick up the bike, the order will be returned to Dat Bike's Factory for redelivery upon Customer's request. At the next delivery, the Customer will need to specify the delivery location as well as pay all shipping costs incurred.

3.2. For orders to purchase spare parts and accessories

  • After receiving full payment from the Customer, Dat Bike will prepare the order within a maximum of 03 working days. In case the order preparation time is longer than expected, Dat Bike will proactively notify customers through one of the official customer service channels .
  • After being prepared, the order will be handed over to Dat Bike's delivery department or delivery partner. Customers will receive confirmation through one of Dat Bike's official customer service channels when the order is received by the Delivery Department/Transportation Partner.
  • Standard delivery time is 05 - 14 days from the date the order is received by the Delivery Department/Shipping Partner. When the order is shipped to the delivery location, the Delivery Department/Shipping Partner will contact the Customer by phone to notify delivery.

3.3. Note about delivery time

Delivery time may take longer than usual in the following cases:

  • Dat Bike or Dat Bike's delivery partner cannot contact the Customer to deliver the goods.
  • The delivery address provided is incorrect.
  • In cases of force majeure due to natural disasters, epidemics, etc. Dat Bike is not responsible for compensating for damages arising from delivery not on time as committed or failure to transport goods to the location as agreed with Client.
  • During special days or holidays, due to general traffic policy restrictions (road bans for some vehicles, etc.), standard delivery times may be affected. Dat Bike will contact the Customer through one of the official customer service channels to reconfirm the delivery time if any changes arise.

4. Customer confirmation procedures upon delivery

To ensure maximum safety for the Customer's order, Dat Bike will confirm the Customer before delivering the vehicle. This procedure will apply to vehicle purchase orders with delivery addresses at Dat Bike Stores.

4.1. The owner and the customer receive the car

The Customer's owner is considered the person whose name is on the vehicle's VAT Invoice. Customers who come to pick up the original owner's bike at Dat Bike store need to bring:

  • For individual customers: Original ID card/CCCD/Driver's license/Passport, with full name and date of birth matching the information on the vehicle's VAT Invoice.

  • For Business Customers:

    • Authorization letter from the business for the individual to pick up the vehicle.

    • Original ID card/CCCD/Driver's license/Passport of the authorized individual, with full name and date of birth matching the information on the business's Power of Attorney.

    • Business registration of the enterprise named on the VAT Invoice (original or copy).

4.2. Authorize someone else to pick up the vehicle

Dat Bike supports delivery of the bike to an authorized person in case the customer cannot come to Dat Bike's Store to pick up the bike. When the authorized person comes to pick up the vehicle, he or she needs to bring:

  • Authorization email from customer purchasing the car, satisfying the following conditions:

    • The email address is the address registered on the vehicle purchase order.

    • The email address is support@dat.bike.

    • The email content clearly states: full name, date of birth, ID card/CCCD/Passport number of the authorizing person; Full name, date of birth, ID card/CCCD/Passport number of the authorized person.

    • The email content clearly states: The customer entrusts the receipt of the vehicle at Dat Bike's Store to the Authorized Person, and will take full responsibility for any problems that arise with the vehicle after Dat Bike completes the delivery. Authorized person.

  • Original ID card/CCCD/Passport, with full name and date of birth matching the information on the authorization email from the customer purchasing the car.

II. Goods inspection policy

1. Scope of application

This inventory policy applies to all new vehicle products purchased directly from Dat Bike's official stores.

For orders for spare parts and accessories, this inspection policy will not apply, as allowing joint inspection depends on the delivery policy of each specific Delivery Partner. In case a problem arises with goods in spare parts and accessory orders, customers please contact one of Dat Bike's official customer service channels for support.

2. Content of goods inspection policy

  • To ensure maximum benefits for customers when purchasing a vehicle, Dat Bike will support customers to check at the time of receipt.
  • Within the scope of this policy, co-inspection is to check and compare Dat Bike's products with the information on the Customer's order, including: model, size, color, quantity, appearance. vision, and operability.
  • After joint inspection, if the product has no visual scratches, wrong design/size/color/quantity, or operational errors, the Customer needs to sign the Delivery Record to confirm. If the product has any of the above problems, the Customer needs to refuse to receive the goods, refuse to sign the Delivery Record, and immediately notify Dat Bike through one of the official customer service channels to receive exchange support.
  • Dat Bike and the Delivery Partner will be exempted from liability for all problems that arise with the product after the Customer has signed the Delivery Record. Issues that arise after successful delivery will be compared and handled based on Dat Bike's warranty, maintenance, and return policy.
