I. Delivery policy
Products will include: Vehicles, parts, or accessories.
1. Scope of application

- List of stores for reference here.
2. Delivery method
- In provinces and cities with Dat Bike stores, customers receive products directly at the store. If customers want to receive products at another address, please contact customer service for support. Shipping fees may apply to certain provinces and cities.
- Dat Bike applies a free shipping policy in some provinces. In this case, the Customer will be supported with a one-time shipping cost. If the Customer changes the delivery address while the order is being shipped, or refuses to receive the product when contacted by the delivery partner, all costs arising from the second delivery onwards will be paid by the Customer.
3. Delivery time
After receiving full payment, Dat Bike will hand over the product to the shipping unit:
- Vehicles: delivery within 10 - 25 working days.
- Spare parts and accessories: delivered within 03 working days.
The shipping unit will contact the Customer by phone upon arrival at the delivery location. If there is any change in delivery time, the Customer Service Department will notify the Customer.
For orders with a delivery address of Dat Bike Store, the vehicle will be kept at the Store for a maximum of 05 days from the time the Store Staff contacts the Customer to notify the delivery of the vehicle. After this time, if the Customer has not yet completed receiving the vehicle, the order will be returned to Dat Bike Factory for re-delivery upon Customer's request. For the next delivery, the Customer will need to specify the delivery location as well as pay all shipping costs incurred.
4. Delivery
To ensure maximum safety for Customer's order, Dat Bike will confirm Customer's order before delivering the vehicle.
4.1. Customer receives vehicle directly
