Customers who currently own Dat Bike vehicles will receive a direct discount if they purchase a new Quantum bike. Specifically, Customers will receive a direct discount of 2,500,000 VND/bike for each successful payment order.

Terms

• All customers who own a Dat Bike vehicle, based on the person whose name is on the Vehicle Registration Certificate at the time of applying the promotion. Official Dat Bike bikes: Weaver, Weaver 200, Weaver 200A, Weaver++, Quantum.
• The program can be applied concurrently with the 10-year battery warranty program.
• The program applies to customers who buy Quantum vehicles in the form of deposit transfer from previous Dat Bike models.
• The program does not apply concurrently with the Dat Bike Ambassadors program. However, Customers can still become Dat Bike Ambassadors and share Referral Codes with Others.
• The program does not apply to customers who have transferred their Dat Bike to someone else and whose name is no longer on the Vehicle Registration Certificate.
• The program does not apply to customers who buy back a Dat Bike from someone else but have not completed the procedure to transfer vehicle ownership.
• The program does not apply to customers purchasing vehicles under business packages (B2B).
• The program does not apply to Dat Bike employees who have purchased vehicles according to internal pricing policies.

Conditions

• Orders from customers who own a Dat Bike, pre-ordered and successfully paid before 11:59 pm December 31, 2023 (based on the transaction recording time of the banking system/ payment gateway/confirmation email of Dat Bike) will be eligible for the promotion.
• VAT invoices for orders under the Dat Bike Loyalty program will only be issued to the Customer who owns the Dat Bike or the Customer's relatives (proven by birth certificate/household registration/marriage), including :
• Husband/Wife
• Children
• Parents
• Siblings
• After the order has been successfully paid, if the Customer requests to adjust the invoicing information to another peron not in the applicable group, the Customer needs to refund the full value of discount received under the Dat Bike Loyalty program before Dat Bike makes a request to adjust billing information to the Customer.
• A bike purchase order is recorded successfully when the Customer pays the entire order value and does not return/refund. In case the Customer requests to return the bike for a refund, Dat Bike will deduct the full discount value for other related orders and calculate the discount according to the order that is being processed for refund.
• Dat Bike has the right to refuse this promotion to Customers if it detects fraud or the Customer has illegally profited from this program.
• Dat Bike reserves the right to announce discontinuation of the promotion program at any time.

1. Mr. An bought the Weaver 200 from Mr. Binh but has not yet transferred ownership of the bike (the vehicle documents are still under Mr. Binh's name). So can Mr. An participate in the Dat Bike Loyalty program to buy a Quantum bike at a preferential price?

NO. Mr. An will not receive incentives under the Dat Bike Loyalty program. To satisfy the conditions for receiving incentives, Mr. An needs to complete the procedure to transfer vehicle ownership from Mr. Binh to Mr. An.

2. Ms. Chi owns a Weaver++ bike. She pre-ordered the Quantum bike on November 15, 2023. By what time does Ms. Chi need to complete payment for the remainder of the order to receive incentives under the Dat Bike Loyalty program?

If Ms. Chi pays the entire order value before 11:59 p.m. December 31, 2023, she will receive a direct discount of 2,500,000 VND on the Quantum price.

3. Mr. Dung used to own a Weaver bike, but later sold it and completed the procedure to transfer ownership of the bike to Mr. Giang. Since selling the Weaver bike to Mr. Giang, Mr. Dung has not bought any more bikes from Dat Bike. If Mr. Dung currently wants to buy a Quantum bike, will he receive incentives under the Dat Bike Loyalty program?

NO. Currently, Mr. Dung does not own any Dat Bike, so he cannot receive the discount under the Dat Bike Loyalty program. In this case, Mr. Giang is eligible to receive the discount of the program.

4.Mr. Long owns a Weaver 200. He wants to buy another Quantum bike and requests to issue an invoice to his wife's younger brother. Can he get a discount under the Dat Bike Loyalty program?

NO, because brother/sister-in-law is not a relative eligible for discount under this program. Mr. Long can refer to the Dat Bike Ambassador program, or buy 1 bike for his first wife (this bike will get a discount of 2,500,000 VND according to Mr. Long's relatives) and buy 1 more bike for his brother-in-law (this bike will get a discount of 2,500,000 VND according to the relatives of Mr. Long's wife).

5. Mr. Hoang has never bought a bike from Dat Bike before. After Dat Bike launched the Quantum, he bought one, and now wants to buy another one for his wife. So, when buying a second bike, will Mr. Hoang receive a discount under the Dat Bike Loyalty program?

YES. Since buying his first Quantum, Mr. Hoang has become a customer who owns a Dat Bike. Therefore, when you buy your next bike, you will receive a direct discount of 2,500,000 VND if paying full before December 31, 2023.

6. Mr. Kien already owns a Weaver 200. He bought another Quantum for his wife, 1 for his father, and 1 for his son. However, for some reasons, Mr. Kien's biological father cannot continue to use the bike, and he wants to apply Dat Bike's return and refund policy for this bike. How much money will Mr. Kien receive back for this order?

Mr. Kien applied the Dat Bike Loyalty promotion to buy a total of 3 bikes and received a discount of 2,500,000 VND/bike. Currently, Mr. Kien wants to return 1 bike, so the Dat Bike Loyalty offer will still apply to the remaining 2 bikes, 2,500,000 VND each. In short, Dat Bike will refund Mr. Kien: 49,900,000 VND (Quantum bike price) - 2,500,000 VND (discount for 3rd bike) = 47,400,000 VND.
