Deposit policy

• Pre-ordering the Quantum bike with a deposit of 1,000,000 VND. When the bike is ready for delivery, Dat Bike will notify the customer 7-10 days in advance to make the remaining payment.
• For customers who place a deposit to enjoy promotional programs, at the time Dat Bike sends the first payment request, if the customer does not complete the remaining payment of the order value, they will no longer be eligible for that promotional program.
  
• In the event that a customer changes their decision to purchase the bike after placing a deposit, the deposit amount will not be refunded.
  
• After placing a deposit, customers can still request to change the buyer's information. Customers will need to contact Dat Bike's Customer Service department to make this change.
• In the case of transferring the deposit allocation to someone else, the new customer's (the one inheriting the deposit allocation) order placement time will be counted from the date Dat Bike sends a confirmation of successful deposit transfer to the customer.
• Example: Customer A placed a deposit of 1,000,000 VND for the Quantum bike on October 21, 2023, then requested Dat Bike to transfer the deposit to Customer B on November 23, 2023. Dat Bike confirmed the successful deposit transfer on November 25, 2023. Therefore, Customer B's order to purchase the Quantum bike will be recorded on November 25, 2023.
• Dat Bike reserves the right to refuse the transfer of the deposit allocation or cancel all applicable benefits for the order before transferring the deposit allocation if fraudulent or dishonest behavior is detected from this program. This includes, but is not limited to, selling deposit allocations at a higher price and receiving the price difference, intentionally placing deposits on multiple orders simultaneously with the purpose of transferring them to other customers, etc.

Deposit Transfer Policy for Customers who Pre-ordered Older Models

Customers who have placed a deposit for Dat Bike's older models (including Weaver, Weaver 200, Weaver++) but have not completed the payment can request to transfer the deposit to a Quantum bike.

• Customers need to contact Dat Bike through one of the official customer service channels to receive support for transferring the deposit.
  
  
• The order date for the Quantum bike will be recorded from the date Dat Bike sends confirmation of the successful deposit transfer to the customer.
  
  Example: A customer placed a deposit of 1,000,000 VND for a Weaver++ bike on 15/12/2022. Then, on 15/11/2023, the customer requests to transfer the deposit to purchase a Quantum bike. Dat Bike confirms the successful deposit transfer on 17/11/2023. Therefore, the customer's Quantum bike order will be recorded with the deposit on 17/11/2023.
  
  
• Customers who transfer their deposit from an order for older models will still be eligible for promotions and discounts just like customers who place a new deposit for a Quantum bike.
  
  
• Customers can contact Dat Bike to transfer the deposit at any time. However, if they complete the deposit transfer and full payment of the order value successfully before 31/12/2023, they will receive an additional pair of Dat Bike helmets.
  
  
• When transferring the deposit from an old order to a Quantum bike order, customers can also request to change the buyer's information.
  
  
• After transferring the deposit from an old order to a Quantum bike order, customers can still request to transfer the deposit back to older models, provided that the older model is still being sold by Dat Bike in the market at the time of the deposit transfer request.
  
  
• If the customer changes their decision to purchase the bike after transferring the deposit, the deposit amount will not be refunded.
