All pre-order to buy Quantum are subject to reserved incentive and promotional programs (hereinafter referred to as CTKM), equivalent to pre-orders before February 1, 2024, which can be refunded. transfer to another person if the Customer no longer needs to buy the bike. Deposit orders after transfer will still retain all applicable promotions for previous orders.

Time to receive transfer requests: From April 5, 2024 to April 20, 2024.

Time to pay the entire order to keep the incentives: maximum 05 days from the date the transfer request is successfully recorded by Dat Bike.

Applicable subjects

• All Quantum purchase orders are subject to reserved CTKMs (pre-order before February 1, 2024) and payment must not be completed until April 5, 2024.
• The program applies to customers who buy Quantum vehicles in the form of deposit transfer from previous Dat Bike models.
• The program does not apply concurrently with Dat Bike's April 2024 payment incentive program.
• The program does not apply to customers purchasing vehicles under business packages (B2B).
• The program does not apply to Dat Bike employees who have purchased bikes according to internal pricing policies.

Conditions apply

• The following promotions are reserved and applied at the same time after the pre-order is transferred:

• 10-year or 5-year battery warranty program (depending on Customer's pre-order time)
• Discount program uses ambassador code Dat Bike Ambassador
• Installment program with 0% interest rate, 0% conversion fee, maximum term of 24 months via HSBC credit card (only applicable to deposit orders before January 1, 2024).
• Promotions are not reserved and are applied after the pre-order is transferred: discount program for Dat Bike Loyalty customers . The Dat Bike Loyalty offer is only applicable in cases where the new customer who is transferred the pre-order is also the owner of the Dat Bike (based on the information on the bike's paper at the time of transfer). For transfer orders that do not meet this condition, the order value will be adjusted to the listed price (49,900,000 VND), however other promotional items on the order (if any) will still be applied after transfer. 

• Old customers (holding orders to buy Quantum with CTKM reserves) and new customers (who want to buy back the pre-order) can agree on the transfer price. Dat Bike will not participate or represent any party in this process.

• After the pre-order transfer is confirmed between the Old Customer and the New Customer, the Old Customer needs to contact Dat Bike through one of the official customer service channels and provide the following information for the order transfer to be completed. record:

• Order code needs to be transferred
• Full name of new Customer
• New Customer's phone number and/or email address
• CCCD photo or invoice information of new Customer
• After the transfer of the deposit is confirmed by Dat Bike through one of the official customer service channels, the new customer has a maximum of 05 days to complete payment of the entire remaining value of the order. After this period, new customers can still make payment to receive the vehicle, however, promotional incentives will no longer be reserved and applied to the order.

• Orders once transferred can be completed using all payment methods currently supported by Dat Bike, including installment plans.

• Dat Bike has the right to refuse to reserve or apply incentives for Customers if it detects fraud or illegal profit from this program.

• Dat Bike reserves the right to announce discontinuation of the promotion program at any time.

5. How is the delivery time for deposit transfer orders calculated?

• After making full payment, the Customer's order will be placed on the waiting list for bike delivery and the waiting time will apply according to Dat Bike's current bike delivery schedule (~45 days from the date of full payment). This is the same for orders placed by the Customer themselves or deposit transfer orders.

6. Ms. Lan has a deposit for the Quantum on December 25, 2023. In early March 2024, she received notice of payment and receipt of the bike from Dat Bike. However, because she no longer needed to buy the bike, she confirmed the cancellation of the order (no refund). Now, Ms. Lan wants to restore this pre-order and transfer it to someone else, is that possible?

• Impossible. The pre-order transfer policy will only apply to orders that are still valid on Dat Bike's system (not in Cancellation status) and have not been paid in full until April 5, 2024.
