Duration

All Quantum bikes are successfully pre-ordered from January 1, 2024 to January 31, 2024 and need to pay the entire order value before April 1, 2024.

Applicable subjects

• All Quantum bikes purchase orders are successfully pre-ordered and are paid-in-full within the above time period.

• The program applies to customers who buy Quantum in the form of deposit transfer from previous Dat Bike models.

• The program does not apply to customers purchasing vehicles under business packages (B2B).

• The program does not apply to Dat Bike employees who have purchased vehicles according to internal pricing policies.

Conditions apply

• Orders to buy Quantum bikes must be pre-ordered no later than 11:59'59'' on January 31, 2024 and the full value successfully paid no later than 11:59'59'' on March 31, 2024 (applied according to the transaction recording time of the banking system/payment gateway/confirmation email of Dat Bike).

• If customers cannot pay within the term of this Program, they will not receive the 5-year battery warranty package.

• If in the future the Customer transfers the bike to someone else, this 5-year battery warranty package will continue to be kept with the bike.

• This included battery warranty package is only valid for increasing the warranty period for battery components. All other details and components on the Quantum will be warranted for a standard 3 years (equivalent to a distance of 30,000km - whichever comes first). Customers can learn more about Dat Bike's standard warranty policy here.

• When participating in this promotion program, if the Customer changes his/her decision to cancel the pre-order, the deposit will not be refunded.

• Dat Bike has the right to refuse incentives to Customers if it detects fraud or illegal profit from this program.

• Dat Bike reserves the right to announce discontinuation of the promotion program at any time.

• This promotion doesn’t apply together with other promotion programs.

1. Ms. Thuy pre-ordered the Quantum on January 5, 2024 and completed payment for the order on March 27, 2024. So does Ms. Thuy's order satisfy the conditions for receiving the 5-year* battery warranty package?

2. Mr. An pre-ordered the Quantum on October 21, 2023 (order 1). On November 15, 2023, Mr. An canceled order 1. On January 30, 2024, Mr. An successfully re-ordered the Quantum bike (order 2), and completed payment for order 2 on March 20, 2024. So does Mr. An's second order satisfy the conditions for receiving the 5-year* battery warranty?

Yes. Due to pre-ordering before February 1, 2024 and paying the full value of order 2 before April 1, 2024, Mr. An's order still meets the conditions for receiving the 5-year* battery warranty.

3. Ms. Linh pre-ordered the Quantum on January 29, 2024. By March 2024, due to financial difficulties, Ms. Linh responded to Dat Bike asking to reschedule payment and receive the bike to May 2024. By May 2024, Ms. Linh completed payment for the remainder of the order as scheduled. So does Ms. Linh's order satisfy the conditions for receiving the 5-year* battery warranty?

NO. Although Ms. Linh successfully pre-ordered before February 1, 2024, full payment was not completed before April 1, 2024 according to the program's conditions. Therefore, Ms. Linh's order does not satisfy the conditions for receiving the 5-year* battery warranty.

4. Ms. Trang successfully pre-ordered a Quantum bike on February 1, 2024 and completed payment for the order as soon as Dat Bike announced that her bike had been produced and ready for delivery. So does Ms. Trang's order satisfy the conditions for receiving the 5-year battery warranty?

No. Because Ms. Trang's order was successfully done after the promotional period, this order does not satisfy the conditions for receiving the 5-year* battery warranty.
